: I'm about to buy a 300 M Diver Chronometer. I
: tried the normal Bond watch but the crown
: dug with great pain into the back of my
: palm.
Clearly, you meant to say chronoGRAPH everywhere you actually said chronoMETER. All mechanical versions of the Seamaster Professional are a chronoMETER.
: Do any of you know the weight? The normal Bond
: watch is 5.6 or 6.5 ounces.
Check the Seamaster FAQ here in the OMEGA ZONE, it has a section comparing several aspects of weight and size between the Seamaster Professional Diver and the Seamaster Professional Chronograph.
: And what is your opinion? Is it just too tall?
: Or just too good looking? I want a rugged
: look with a big watch.
Then the Seamaster Professional Chronograph should suit you well!
