No the Normal Bond watch has the problem. That crown sticks out and the ridges cut into the back of my palm.
The thick 300M Diver chronograph, being 15mm tall, does not let the crown touch the palm, so it does not dig. But it is heavy. I've decided to get it. I find that if wearing 5 Ounces on my wrist with several watches and not feeling them is OK, then 7 ounces will still be OK.
I love the blue. I love the waves. I love the "complexity" look...like a man's watch should be a chronograph because you can "do something" ...its "action oriented" ...its a primal manipulative male thing. A watch with no "action" is passive.
