I do both. Largely because I have more automatic watches than I have winders.

Varies highly. Sometimes I'll wear the same watch for days. Sometimes I'll change watches everytime I change clothes. Tends to depend on my mood, clothes and where I'm going.
Actually, that to me is part of the reason for having multiple watches... to suit a broad range of situations.
