I've found all the shops I've been to use the list price for the watches. Most will give a discount for cash. Curiously,I was in Chaux des Fonds on Monday, for fishing (but the water level was to high)
: I was just in Geneva about a month ago. The
: prices are considerably higher than in the
: US. Essentially, the number stays the same
: but the denomination is Euro. I did not
: venture far away from the city proper as I
: was only there for 3 hours. Im sure if you
: went to Chaux de Fonds or something out of
: the way you would see a better deal. They
: were also unwilling to negotiate on the
: price. When I told the sales lady what the
: price was in the US (Speedmaster Pro), She
: said impossible.
