Yep, that is a 2551.80. Also has the chronometer movement. Only reason I can imagine for it having a 4xxx serial number movement is if it was early enough to have received an OMEGA 1109 movement.
Since the movement is given a serial number when the movement is made, the final finished watches do not always come out of the factory in serial number order.
Best to write to OMEGA for a clarification though.
