I think so.
Though I don't think the dial is original. The dial may have been repainted and done with more elaborate design. I've never seen OMEGA watches with that fancy a dial look from the factory.
While I generally like things to look original, I do think that repainting the dials more interesting on these very simple design older models is a good idea. Makes the watches more likely to be worn and enjoyed.
