Well, the bracelets are interchangeable, so you won't have a problem there. The only thing that might look funny is the quartz model having only a gold bezel (once you take all of the other gold containing parts out and put them in your Bond SMP). It's just my opinion, but I like the look of either two tone or all stainless, not "a little here and a little there." By changing the parts like you plan to do you are actually creating Omega models that can't be purchased that way from the factory, so if you ever want to sell them the resale value would be affected. In other words, there's not much of a market for a "parts" watch assembled from bits and pieces from other watches.
My opinion is that the Bond SMP is perfect as is and doesn't need the gold accents. The two tone model looks good to me "as is" as well. This is only my opinion, though. You have to do what will make YOU happy.
