Actually, if that is a plastic crystal you have now, do an Internet search for a product called PolyWatch. It will let you polish your existing plastic crystal. Does wonders.

Next choice is to just take the watch to a repair shop and they can replace it.

But a sapphire crytals are not normally made as a retrofit pieces for watch models that didn't come with them. Plus, even if such were available, understand that replacement sapphire crystals tend to be in the $200 and up range -- that's 4 times the cost of most plastic crystals.
