Help needed identifying a vintage Omega Seamaster *PIC*

Greetings everyone:

I'm trying to find some information on this Omega Seamaster watch that my father purchased sometime between 1927-1974 as he is in his 90's now and has Alzheimer's so he doesn't remember exactly when he bought it but I just know it was bought after he immigated to the US in 1927 and before I was born in 1974. It is a manual wind dress watch. The front dial has no numbers on any of the hour positons but it has the Omega logo in some form of metal followed by the word OMEGA and Seamaster. Below the middle of the watch, it says INCABLOC and then it has the mini second hand where the 6 o'clock position is followed by Swiss Made on the bottom. The watch appears to be 18k yellow gold.

On the backside shows a triangle with the Omega logo followed by OMEGA WATCH Co. inside followed by:
FAB SUISSE
SWISS MADE

18K
0.750

30078

Does anyone know when this watch was made approximately and what the original cost was?

The picture attached below is a little blury for the crystal as there seems something that scratched the crystal. The strap is not the original as it's one with the Tissot logo as the original broke.

Thanks,
Vince
