I have to agree with sending to Bienne. I haven't tried the US facilities, but have been treated very well by the HQ shop. I bought a used solid gold Broad Arrow. The warranty card appeared to have been altered in the date field so I had little hope of it helping. I sent the watch and a copy of the warranty card to Switzerland. They replied that they would take care of the watch, refurbish the case, put the movement into top notch condition and replace the band ($280 for the band alone) under warranty. Wow! I sent it in to take care of a noisy winding weight. I'm a reconfirmed Omegaholic.
