Wonder why it was running slow?

Thanks for posting this. I am thinking of buying exactly the same watch. It's nice to hear of good experiences with customer service.

I'm slightly concerned that they decided to replace the whole escapement (were the lever and hairspring in that bag? I couldn't tell). Still teething problems with the new escapement, or a one-off? I have been doing some homework before buying, and the comments I have found on the 2500 movement have been almost completely positive.

Maybe they just replaced it to be on the safe side. The parts are probably cheap compared with the technican's time to look at the watch (?).

How has your watch performed since you got it back?
