You are right in saying that other Watch manufacteres should take some lessons on customer service from Omega. I really am blown away with all of the extra effort they put into working on your watch, not to only make it run to your specification, but to give it a complete qc, report, and fix everything they found to be underpar with their own standards, and you recieved it in a very timely manner.
I feel very happy to own two Omega watches, knowing that if anything does go wrong, I will recieve above excellent service.
