That was fast ;) Thanks so much Keith for coming back to me. I got the 2599.80. The 2588.80 i mentioned near the end of the post was a mistype.
Is there a way for me to find out when was the watch manufactured so i can establish a timeline. When it was shipped, how long it has been in the retailer's window and so on. I do believe service arrangements should be made based on the production date and not the sale date.
