This is certainly true but this is not with every dealer and depend on your contact or past relationship, etc. As for my experiences, most dealer give me 30-35% on spot after some chitchat especially if I know them or bought from them before (and this applies to other brand as well). But again I have seen many ppl get only 20-25%. I spoke in term of norm, not exceptional or a specific dealer.
