Call OMEGA customer service and ask them. Nobody outside OMEGA would likely have a reference where that number could be looked up. And it would be by pure coincidence that anybody here would happen to have that exact same part to know.
Also, realize that many OMEGA bands fit any number of watches -- though some were made specifically for certain models or model lines.
