We turn our work around in four weeks and Omega in the UK are only 4-6 weeks so I would be phoning every day and asking for what you can and as to why it is not back with you? This would only happen to us on the very rare Omega that we would find parts hard to find and have to make them but we would inform you before we started of the possibility of the delay. Richard
