Thanks for the promt reply. I tried your advice but unfortunately, due to company policy, they would not deal with me. They did however state if I wanted the rubber strap on deployment buckle I would have to order through a reputable UK dealer who they would be confident in being able to fulfil my request.
What a load of rubbish. I want to buy something, not prove myself by jumping through their stupid hoops.
I guess I should now be asking if anyone is able to provide a contact for a decent UK dealer to fulfill my request because, as I said earlier, Goldsmith's do not want to know.
