The pins on OMEGA bracelets have a small ridge that allow them to lock in place. If they are positioned right, they shouldn't come out at all.

But those are all at the same spot, so the pins should be positioned the same if they are all locked in place. You might need to use a small tool and tap them until they are all lined up the same.
