Sinn watch cases were being made by DAMASKO, another German watchmaker. DAMASKO no longer sells cases to Sinn and Sinn's Tegiment type cases are surface hardened whereas the DAMASKO cases are treated with a proprietary ice hardening technique and are the same strength all the way through.
DAMASKO says they're making the toughest watch cases on earth. Not certain if they are making bracelets yet but they have indicated they will be producing similarly tough bracelets beginning sometime this year.
