I recently bought a Seamaster from an Authorized Omega dealer, and asked them to order a brand new one (didn't want the display one). Yesterday went to pick it up. It was not in the box. It had a price tag on the back. It had a SCRATCH on the clasp. The warranty card was MISSING!
Is this normal?
Do BRAND NEW watches come with the protective stickers on the bracelet and the back?
Please help!
