My omega calibre 1120 gains 4.5 secs per day

Hello people, i'm from bangkok, Thailand i was just given an Omega constellaion calibre 1120 now i was using for 2 days and i noticed that it has been gaining 4.5 seconds a day, i checked with the digital clock on my notebook...Is it normal for kinda automatic watch to be gaining by few seconds, which means i have to adjust my time very often to corrct it punctual....
Any comments?
