Oops.
I think I heard that Lancaster was no longer a service center. The experience I spoke of in my previous post was for the Dearborn Michigan Service Center. It was supposed to be a great improvement over Lancaster, but apparently it's not.
I also forgot to add that the holes in the case back used for removing the case back were slightly boogered up, like either the proper tool was not used, or no care was taken, or both.
