: Does anybody know the reason for this massive
: price difference ?
The Bond GMT has the OMEGA Coaxial movement and display back. It is priced close to the other Coaxial GMT models.
All the newer coaxial models are all priced roughly £500 / $900 more than their older counterparts that do not have either the coaxial movement or the display back.
: Is the movement
: significantly better or something ?
Yes.
: Also, are the existing GMT models being demised
Not that I've heard of. OMEGA is moving upscale with some of their newer models. But are still keeping plenty of their existing, somewhat more affordable models too.
