You can buy those direct from OMEGA USA and through places like ofrei.com. However they are pricey, probably in the $400 range.
Have not seen a used AT bracelet for sale. But other OMEGA bracelets can be found easier on sales forums and through watchseller.com and bernardwatch.com. Your 38mm AT is also a perfect fit for the the bracelets from a full size Seamaster Professional or the Seamaster GMT.
I actually wear my 38mm AT Railmaster on a Seamaster Pro 'Bond' bracelet.
