Re: Scratch Removal On Brushed Steel Bezel

well, the unit you have should be the Titanium electric blue Seamaster, not "Steel". Scratches to the side of the bezel can be taken off by yourself with some practise with the Microlon Titanium maintainance sponge I posted pics of some time ago.

The inner ring inside the bezel is more complicated. As far as I understood the unit you purchased, the inner ring is also brushed Titanium, with a special circular brushed finish. Some people however I recall said that the inner ring is brushed aluminium or steel ?. Here I would wait until the inner bezel ring really looks beaten-up, let'y say a half year or close before the warranty ends, and then send it in for a service round on OMEGA's spinning polishing wheels.

Maybe you can use the Microlon sponge for the inner ring also, maybe not. I would call OMEGA before doing so, just to make sure that you won't ruin your beauty.

Good luck.

Regards,
Andreas
