: Maybe you should check out Marcello C instead
: of just telling me you've never heard it.

There are hundreds of brands of semi-luxury to pedestrian quality watches. It is not my job or interest to know all of them to be able to explain in detail why they aren't in the same class as the well known, well respected luxury brands.

: educate me the difference of the two
: movement and tell me which one is better and
: if not then why there is some price gap
: between the two.

Apparently, MarcelloC uses ETA-based movements, which should be very similar in quality and durability to what most premium watch makers use. But most people don't realize that the movement is only a small part of the total cost or value of a watch. The movement really has almost nothing to do with the difference in price of the two watches.

On watches (especially in a typical time-date watch), anything you pay over $250 is mostly for jewelry attributes -- not technical superiority.

Luxury watches are similar to artwork -- the well known artist can command higher dollars for their work. This MarcelloC brand is not well known, so cannot command the same prices for their products.
