I would like to have an answer to the follwing question: what is re-setting a watch ( re-calibration)? My omega seamaster was runining faster by 2 hours every 12 hours, I took it to the omega serviece center , and they told me after 2 weeks that the watch got a shock, and because of this shock it went out of order and they re-set it back to the factory settings....... please can i get explanation ..thanks
