If you sent it to an OMEGA Factory Service Center, then you did send it to OMEGA -- so it will be handled by OMEGA professionals using OMEGA equipment, parts and service standards.
But if you just sent it to some 'service center' that handles OMEGA watches, no idea who they are or what they will do.
Do you have any more specifics on exactly where you sent your watch? Like an address?
