I'd wager not, but if the poor sod washes his hands in a bowl of water I'd wager his watch with it's spinning release valve will get a little surprise.
However he's stupid because the vast majority of fake watches are cheap rubbish that won't last six months. If our boy here spent $50 on a real casio it would last him six years. That sounds pretty idiotic.
