I got my Speedmaster Triple Date back from Omega, Bienne, on Wednesday after a long 2 1/2 months without it. I had dropped it and the hour accumulator hand wouldn't "disengage" anymore. Of course there was some cosmetic damage to the case as well.
Anyway, Omega charged me the standard fee for service. They did a great job at getting the dings from the case and wear-and-tear scratches from the bracelet so cosmetically it looks real nice.
One thing I noticed was that it seems like they polished the exterior of the crystal as the bluish hue from the anti-reflective coating is no longer there. I do see the blue tint of the coating on the inside of the crystal though.
Another thing is that they've got the bezel put back on ever so slightly askew. Hopefully I can get this fixed at a local dealer at no charge if I show them that I just got the watch back from being repaired.
