Strange behavior with my AT Quartz. The second hand stutters around 44 and then again at 47 seconds. It does this when held in the 12 up position. When laid crown up, the stutter shifts to 4 and 6 seconds. When set crown down, it stutters around 20, 30, & 35 seconds markers.
Is this a known issue and can it be corrected by my local watchsmith... meaning, do I have to send it to Omega to be fixed?
Cheers,
NB
