You have to remember that the train in a quartz watch has no real drive so when the hand starts to go up hill (so to speak) the slack in the train is taken up which means the second hand stuttering. You may also see in some watches that the hand with the watch held at 12 is on the markers but when the 6 is at top it is not. If the time keeping is affected I would have someone look at. If the watch is under guarantee again it may be wroth sending it to Swatch group for an opinion.
