I'm looking to buy a SeaMaster Professional for my little brother as a graduation gift. I live in Northern VA and all the authorized dealers (most jewelery stores) at best can knock 20% off of the retail price (some only 15%). Does anyone have any recommendation or know of any dealers that can give a bit more in this area?
