Older OMEGA watches often did NOT have a specific model name. It wasn't until the late 1980s that OMEGA felt obligated to give a model line name to everything.
So it is perfectly normal for a vintage watch to simply be an 'OMEGA' and no more specific name except for a numeric model designation.
Don't know anything specific about the 20 between the lugs. My best guess is that it might mean that case takes a 20mm strap or bracelet.
Markings for gold content are usually on the inside of the case.
