Just to throw my hat into the ring....
This year's Breitling catalogue details that ALL their production models are chronometer certified from this year forward. Auto and quartz. Breitling can be described as luxury high end. I doubt anyone could argue they are not. Breitling produce quartz models of both a regular and chronograph movement.
So-
Their movements are chronometer certified, which is exceptionally accurate and rare.
Their cases are as much a piece of jewellery as any Rolex or Omega.
They are still fine high end luxury items.
