Actually, the full size version of the Reduced also comes with a hesalite crystal, though other Speedmaster models do come with sapphire crystals. Omega doesn't manufacture sapphire crystals for the Speedy Reduced, and I'm not sure if anyone else makes an "aftermarket" crystal. Regardless, you'd be creating a sort of "frankenwatch" by changing crystals on the watch.
