I have the same watch......black bezel......at first I was very careful also, polishing it all the time. Now I just wear it and polish it every so often and it comes out looking brand new every time. These are very strong watches, built to take a beating.(just do not run your car over one)but nonetheless they are pretty much indestructable....Just enjoy it, but do not abuse it ..........Happy New Year from NYC!!!!!!!!!!!!
