You can't go wrong with whatever you decide, as all are great choices. The 2254.50 300M will give you twice the depth rating as the Aqua Terras and it has the rotating bezel, so if you plan to dive with the watch this is probably the best choice. I own this model and like it A LOT.
On the other hand, the Aqua Terras are an excellent value because they have Omega's co-axial escapement. This is a better movement than the 1120 movement in the 300M. It is designed to give better accuracy over time and requires less frequent servicing (which will save you money over the long haul). The Aqua Terras also come with a 3 year warranty, while the 300M comes with only a 2 year warranty. The Aqua Terras also look dressier than the 300M, so you can wear them with a tux or just with jeans and a t-shirt. They are very versatile watches and a great value for the money.
