Avid golfer here....I have an Omega 2254..chronometer automatic....I am in the Home Design field and the watch takes a beating.... trust me...as with golf unless you are hitting the watch itself with your 6 iron nothing will happen. (It will actually take 10 strokes off your game.....just kidding)...as far as the fit it is common sense.....snug fit but not too tight nor do you want the watch twisting around your wrist..... enjoy the watch it will last for ever....
