finally found an genuine black omega strap ( aligator) without tang buckle at an omega dealer, and have ordered the original omega buckle from ofrei. should be getting both next week.
question : the pin that attaches the buckle to the strap end ... is it spring loaded , like the main pins on the watch lugs ( which means i can attach the tang buckle myself ), or is it some sort of a press fit, which means i'll have to take it to some watch shop to install ?
simple question for you watch buffs out there, but one for which i have no clue !!
many thanks.
