Beautiful Vintage Omega Pocket watch. I have pictures at the URL I attached however here is my question.

I have an old Omega pocketwatch with a scratch on the dial that looks like someone covered it up with whiteout. I have included pictures below. The problem exists between III and IV on the dial. Wondering if anyone can recommend where to find a replacement or repair it to perfection.

Additional info on the watch:

The back of the watch opens up with two separate doors to reveal a serial number and another door to reveal the movement. The front crystal casing also opens revealing the dial and hands behind the crystal.

The serial number on the inside of the 1st back door is:

1517830
F
S

There is an 0800 stamped above the serial # outlined in a box. There are 3 awards engraved on the outside of the door that reveals the movement:

1889 Hours Councours Paris
1896 Medaille D'OR Geneve
1897 Grand Prix Bruxelles

Underneath the awards and associated embossments it states:

Special Bregriet Balanancier Compense'
Almore Ligne Dronte 15 Rubio
Leve'es Visibles
Double Plataeu
