I own an Omega Seamaster Professional and I also feel the vibrations etc sometimes when I shake my hand. I can also hear this sounds, although I would describe mine as more of a buzzing or wirring sound rather then a rattling noise.

The sounds and vibrations are due to the weighted rotor in the watch that spins around during arm movement which keeps the automatic movement wound. My friend owns a Brietling and his makes exactly the same noise etc when shaken.
