Re: Omega factory service
In Response To: Omega factory service ()

Unfortunately, I've been one of those people that had bad luck with Bienne. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up the case and bracelet. Too bad they didn't take the same care all over. The bezel was on a bit crooked, they polished off the anti-reflective coating on the outside of the crystal, and the chronograph function would no longer work properly. They now have the watch again and I hope it gets fixed properly this time.

: I've seen a couple of people (on this group or
: elsewhere) make a comment of not being fully
: satisfied with the result after having had
: their watch serviced by Omega (Bienne).
: Has this happened often? Are people here
: satisfied (or very satisfied) by the service
: that Omega offers? Any recent experiences?
