I have 2 Rolexes (Explorer II, Datejust) and an Omega (Speedmaster Professional). I don't think there's any reason why someone who likes watches wouldn't want watches from both brands.
That having been said, I just love the Speedy. The Rolexes impress people because they are Rolexes, but only the Speedy makes even non-watch lovers gasp and say, "wow, that's a beautiful watch, can I get a better look at it?" It is truly a design masterpiece, and nicely made too.
