Thanks as always for your prompt and accurate response.
Not very customer service oriented, surprising.
I thought different with my years of watch service and ordering parts with them (Berne and Lancaster) too bad if a customer wanted to change the dial later, realizing full well the hands are different (edges) even Iron fisted Rolex will allow dial changes. My guess is Omega wants you to buy another watch? I'd consider ordering from Nesbitt's in Seattle, but the watch is new and I don't want to have an issue with the warranty.
