The serial numbers are not sequential but close

The numbers are as follows:
49***370
49***625
49***780

I know that the production and delivery date of the last two was Thursday, Oct. 29th. 1998. I have requested this information on the first one as well. I would not be surprised if it were produced on the same date as well.

I suspect that a batch of dials was misprinted and got out the door without anyone noticing it.

Interestingly I acquired all three from the NY-Philly area and have confirmed that two of the watches were originally purchased from the same chain of jewelry stores.

No other dial colors have surfaced as yet.
