: Hi derek; I have more than 6 omega watches, my
: question is: what is the rank of omega
: watches among other watches like rolex Tag,
: Oris and longines.....are they the same?
No, they are no all the same. But the factors that make them different are not on a simple scale of good, better, best. For a rough idea, check out our article on Brands in the Consumer Zone.
: have a friend that has a rolex submariner
: and he thinks that his watch is much better
: that my omega SMP.....this feeling kills me,
That's common. Many people who buy Rolex really do so thinking that Rolex is the single best watch brand on the planet. Then they look down on anything else, secure in their self-deceived belief tht nobody could ever choose a different brand equal or better than what they bought. Just consider your friend's opinion to be that of a novice that really has a lot more to learn about the breadth and depth of watches out there.
By owning both Omega and Rolex wtches, you have a broader perspective than him already.
