Was at Tournou today looking at watches. Tried on a few Omegas, Rolexs and others. Told the sales man that I wasn't sure if I would go with Omega again or try a Rolex. He said well "after 30 years Rolex doesn't keep great time" showing me his 30 year old Sub.
They he said something interesting. He said Omega's quality control is better just because they only make around 30 thousand watches a year while Rolex makes a million.
Not sure that that logic follows but It was interesting to hear that Omega only makes 30K a year. I find that a little hard to belive. Does anyone have any I idea how many watches Omega makes a year?
