Re: does omega(bienne) offer dial/hand swaps?

When you change the dial and hands on a watch, you are creating a "Frankenwatch". The model number you bought refers to a watch with a specific dial color and hands, so Omega would not support your swapping them and creating a watch that would technically represent a different model number.

If you really want to do this you could ask an Omega retailer to order you the parts and have a qualified watchmaker install them, but you do this at your own risk. If the watch ever breaks and you need to ship it back to Omega for service, they will most likely reject it since the watch will clearly have been tampered with and it's model number will not match the parts contained within the watch.

My advice...just don't do it.
