seamaster 300's...fake?

Hi Guys

Sorry I am new to all of this and i have to say alittle un-educated on matters Omega,so please be patient with me if i ask what seem to you to be silly questions.
Ok, I have some basic questions on 2 current model watchs, firstly a moon watch which came from the US,bought second hand, via the internet from NEWYORKJEWELLERS.....in Chicago !!,anyway nice people on the phone, but the warranty card they sent with the watch is a cream colour and not the red colour i was expecting, this card say's Smart Jewellers {embossed}on it,and it has the details of my watch written {not printed} on the card, dated 15/05/04.....the card say's 1 year warranty, normal small print on the back, and a gold Omega circle on the front....does this sound genuine?.
Next, i also have a SMP black dial chronometer which was bought second hand, via ebay, box and papers all seem as they should be{printed cards},first bought on 20/05/04,but the watch loses about a minute a day?,surely this is excessive?. I could take the watch to a watch dealer i trust, to get it adjusted, but should i be having this work done under its international warranty?.The back of the watch still has the red dot intact,so i'm sure its all ok. And the watch is either on my wrist or in my watch winder,so its not like its not getting enough winding.
Next......rather contraverscal this one......i have accuired a seamaster 300 vintage watch, I already have one from about 1955 i think !,which has a military stamped back and has had a replacement Omega dial,{Omega UK cocked up the original dial trying to repaint the markings,so it was sent back to Omega Switzerland who redialed it{minus the T mark, but with paperwork to prove}and has had the original soldered strap bars replaced by spring bars. This watch i am sure is genuine Omega,as its been back to Switzerland, and at no point has anyone mentioned that its a fake of any kind,....however the second addition to my vintage collection seems to have created a stir........put up for auction on ebay recently,i had several people claiming that my watch was a fake.......its got the wrong crown, its got the wrong dial, wrong hands,a fake case etc,....now i will try to get some photo's across of this watch,{is anyone else lost on how to load pictures here?} for you all to look at,but
until pic's arrive does the following sound strange?{i only have my other old seamaster to compare it with, and that looks like a new watch now apart from the military back}......the second hand has a red tip like that on my SMP Chronometer, the winding crown is larger than my other seamaster 300,the case back says WATERPROOF and i'm told that the A should be flat topped, and mine isn't.{my other has a military back so i can't compare this},the dial markers have a faded yellow look, sort of sandy colour to them, apparrently this is evidence that the dial is a fake dial, and that the illuminous markers at 5,10,15 20,etc should not have a small mark in the center of the outside edge of the marker{towards the bezel}....which my dial does, and my redailed 1955 doesn't. And finally the numbers on the dial, 6 & 9 should be curled single lines that don't join at any point during the curl to form the figures{hope you understand this?}.
Generally this watch looks nice to me,and i'm almost sure that the cal 752 movement is an original movement by omega, and the case looks the same as my other watch, although the bezel on this watch is looser than the redialed one?.
Any information you could offer would be good, and i will try again to load the pictures i have.

Regards
Bryan
